10.5.3 Update

Copy the Kalyway 10.5.3 update package and the Kernel update package to your local HDA.

Install the 10.5.3 update package, but do not reboot.

Install the Kalyway 10.5.3 Kernel update package, even if you don't select a kernel.

Install the nVidia NVInstaller graphics

Reboot and run the "update"


10.5.5 Update

Download the combo update... and make this script is running as ROOT:

sudo su -
while sleep 1 ; do rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions/AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext ; done

Reboot and run the "update"

Fix the Asus P5K-VM "Marevel" Gig Ethernet:

sudo nano /System/Library/Extensions/IONetworkingFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AppleYukon2.kext/Contents/Info.plist 
find and change: <key>Yukon-88E8053</key>
to: <key>Yukon-88E8056</key> <-- change "53" to "56"

find and change: <string>0x436211ab</string>
to: <string>0x436411AB</string> <-- change "62" to "64", ab to AB (lowercase will not work)

find and change: <string>Yukon Gigabit Adapter 88E8053 Singleport Copper SA</string>
to: <string>Yukon Gigabit Adapter 88E8056 Singleport Copper SA</string> <-- change "53" to "56"
sudo chown -R root:wheel /System/Library/Extensions/IONetworkingFamily.kext
sudo rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions.mkext

Reboot

Notes

If your Realtek RTL8169SC card is not recognized, try removing it.. boot... shutdown, re-install and start up... That seemed to fix my problem of the card not being recognized.
